    TIMMINS, ON, April 14 /CNW/ - The Honourable George Smitherman, Deputy
Premier and Minister of Energy and Infrastructure will join Tom Laughren,
Mayor, City of Timmins and John Murphy, Executive Vice President
Hydroelectric, Ontario Power Generation at the Sandy Falls Generating Station.

    
    Who:   The Honourable George Smitherman will tour the construction site
           and speak to reporters about this, and other northern projects.

    When:  Wednesday, April 15, 2009

    Time:  Media should arrive at 12:00 p.m.

    Where: Sandy Falls

    How:   From Algonquin Ave. (Hwy 101) in Timmins, turn north on Shirley
           St., then left on Sandy Falls Rd. Proceed to the end of the Sandy
           Falls Rd., turning right on Mahoney Rd., down the hill to the
           generating station. Report to Kiewit Construction site.

    Attendees will need proper industrial safety footwear.
