Media advisory - Jack Layton to address CUPE Nova Scotia Political Action Conference



    HALIFAX, Nov. 15 /CNW/ - Federal NDP Leader Jack Layton will be among the
speakers at a conference in Halifax this weekend, being put on by CUPE Nova
Scotia.
    The conference, which comes just days before the reopening of the
provincial legislature, will feature presentations on the bill designed to
take away the right to strike from 32,000 health care workers, the continued
threat to public services from privatization, P3's and contracting out and
much more.
