will assemble for the International Council of Shopping Centers' (ICSC) annual
Quebec Conference, June 12-13, 2007 at the Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth,
Montreal, Quebec. This year's conference will shift its focus to marketing and
development strategies and analyze current trends offering the latest
international news and information related to the shopping centre industry.

review current economic conditions and discuss the major retail issues facing
the shopping centre industry in Canada with a focus on Quebec.
GENERAL SESSION: SPEED LEASING, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Communication, moderates this session which features top retailers including:

The 'X' Generation, aged between 25 and 40 have entered the stage of life
where they are spending the most. Louise-Hélène Paquette, General Manager of
Market Research, Astral Media and Radio, examines this unique generation, its
way of life and the importance of maximizing it's marketing potential.
WORK, SENSES AND PLEASURE: WHAT IF IT WAS POSSIBLE? 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dr. Serge Marquis, Stress and Burnout Specialist, will discuss the
challenges that we face daily in our work, family life, leisure time and
relationship commitments. This session focuses on the stresses that we

Guest speaker Mariana Carvalho, Director of Marketing, Ancar Gestao
Integraded de Shopping Centres will discuss the nature of Brazil's shopping
centre industry and their overall approach to marketing. This session
introduces participants to the marketing challenges the Brazilian shopping
centre industry faces and creative tactics that they have developed to
distinguish themselves in a highly competitive market.
DEAL MAKING AND TRADE EXPOSITION, Tuesday June 12, 10:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
and Wednesday June 13, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The Deal Making and Trade Exposition will host a variety of exciting
