Media Advisory - Human Rights Commission launches its first sign language publication

    TORONTO, Oct. 17 /CNW/ - Chief Commissioner Barbara Hall will be
launching the Ontario Human Rights Commission's first sign language
publication, a video version of its brochure on Disability and the Duty to
Accommodate: Your Rights and Responsibilities. The launch will feature a short
demonstration of the multi-format video in American Sign Language and Langue
des signes québecoise as well as English/French captioning and audio.
    The Honourable David C. Onley, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, is the
keynote speaker at this special event hosted by the Canadian Hearing Society.
