Media Advisory - Forest Industry Takes AFN Corporate Challenge: FPAC President and National Chief to sign Memorandum of Understanding



    QUEBEC CITY, July 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Avrim Lazar, President and CEO of the
Forest Products Association of Canada (FPAC) and National Chief Phil Fontaine
will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Quebec City during the
Assembly of First Nations (AFN) Annual General Assembly on Wednesday, July 16,
2008. The MOU signifies FPAC's commitment to the AFN's Corporate Challenge
urging businesses in Canada to increase Aboriginal participation and
investment potential, and enhance human resources and labour force development
