Media Advisory - Fierté Montréal Pride will hold the first ever international conference on LGBTQ2SI rights in the francophonie

MONTRÉAL, Dec. 13, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Montréal Pride invites the media and key Québec LGBTQ2SI leaders to a press conference where it will announce an international conference to be held during this year's Canada-wide 2017 Pride celebrations, known as Canada Pride Montréal 2017.

Montréal Pride's President, Éric Pineault, will be accompanied by the Québec Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie, Christine St-Pierre, as well as Stéphanie Vallée, Québec Minister of Justice, who is also minister responsible for the fight against homophobia, as he details the reasons for the conference and its key highlights.

Canada Pride Montréal 2017 is an official event of Montréal's 375th anniversary program.
