    What:   Fifth national conference on sustainable community development,
            attracting over 500 municipal leaders from across Canada, leading
            speakers and experts. Conference theme of "Moving Innovation into
            Practice" will focus on building municipal capacity in the areas
            of social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
