Media Advisory - Environment Canada's Top 10 Weather Stories for 2007 - Coming December 27th

OTTAWA, Dec. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - The Top Ten Weather Stories list for 2007
by Environment Canada's Senior Climatologist David Phillips will be released
on the web on December 27th. Now in its 12th year, the list chronicles weather
extremes and surprises that occurred across Canada over the past year.
This year, once again, Canada experienced its share of wild weather from
menacing flooding in British Columbia, tornadoes and hail on the Prairies,
winter in Central Canada that was too little in the beginning and too much at
the end, and a post-tropical storm in Atlantic Canada, just to name a few!
