astronomy by Elders Lillian Marshall and Murdena Marshall, from the
Mi'kmaq communities of Potlotek and Eskasoni, in collaboration with
Cape Breton University.
- Science magazine's 2008 Science Breakthrough of the Year Runners-Up,
Canadian researchers Christian Marois (National Research Council) and
René Doyon (Université de Montréal) explaining their epoch-making
discovery of a triple-exoplanet system.
