TORONTO, March 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Canadian astronaut Steve MacLean will
make a special presentation and share his passion for discovery with Toronto
youth on March 24th at Clues for the Cure, an interactive science scavenger
hunt. Media are invited to attend the event whose proceeds support The Cancer
Research Society's Environment-Cancer Fund (ECF), Canada's first major fund
dedicated to uncovering the links between the environment and cancer.
MacLean, Spokesperson for the event, is supporting this initiative to
raise awareness of the new ECF and to spark the imaginations of the next
generation of outstanding Canadian thinkers.
