Meeting will be held on Friday, September 21, 2007, at 9:30 a.m. in Montreal.
At the special meeting, holders of common and preferred shares registered at
the close of business on August 10, 2007 will be asked to vote on the
privatization of BCE by, among others, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan
Board and affiliates of Providence Equity Partners Inc. and Madison Dearborn
