Phil Fontaine will be joined by Elders of the Anishinaabe Nation of Treaty #3
in Kenora, Ontario, to host an honoring ceremony for former Supreme Court
Justice Frank Iacobucci and members of the negotiating team on the completed
mandate of the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement.
