    VANCOUVER, Oct. 29 /CNW Telbec/ - Assembly of First Nations National
Chief Phil Fontaine, along with the President of the National Congress of
American Indians, Joe Garcia, will give key note speeches at the One Nation
Economic Forum in Vancouver tomorrow. Phil Fontaine will highlight the
importance of creating new partnerships with corporations, to help build the
capacity of First Nations to create their own economic opportunities.
