Media Advisory - Announcing National Head Lice Awareness Day October 1, 2009

COOKSTOWN, ON, Sept. 2 /CNW/ - Free screening and education clinics will
be offered to the public by The Lice Squad on October 1, 2009 to recognize
National Head Lice Awareness Day.
"We want to educate the public and help break the stigma associated with
head lice," explained Dawn Mucci, Founder and Director of The Lice Squad.
"There is still much misunderstanding about how to effectively treat lice. You

should hear."
Location and time details will be posted at www.licesquad.com by
September 15th.
The Lice Squad will also launch a downloadable Lice Help Kit containing a
kids colouring book and informative handouts for parents and educators. The
kit will be available on Lice Squad's newly revamped website coinciding with
Head Lice Awareness Day.

Lice Squad is a professional pesticide-free head lice removal, education
and identification service franchising across Canada since 2001.
