Media Advisory - Alberta Water Council seeking input on renewal of Water for Life Strategy



    EDMONTON, June 27 /CNW/ - The Alberta Water Council, the
multi-stakeholder partnership organization established in 2004 to oversee the
implementation of the Government of Alberta's Water for Life strategy, is
announcing details Thursday, June 28 on the renewal of the provincial water
strategy it is conducting on behalf of the Government of Alberta.
    Alberta Environment Minister Rob Renner will join representatives of the
Alberta Water Council on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River in Edmonton
to provide details on the renewal process, and to respond to questions about
progress on implementation of Water for Life.
