    OTTAWA, March 5 /CNW Telbec/ - Some 200 teachers and educational workers
from across the province, members of the Association des enseignantes et des
enseignants franco-ontariens, will be attending AEFO's 2008 Policy Convention,
in Ottawa, starting this weekend. Delegates will elect the 2008-10 Provincial
Executive and debate education issues. Resolutions stemming from an important
survey on work-place well-being will also be on the agenda.
    Reporters are welcome throughout the meeting. Please register in the
Ballroom Foyer on the Main Floor.

    (*) Elections to AEFO's Provincial Executive will be held throughout the
    day. Results for the position of president will be announced before noon.

    Founded in 1939, AEFO represents some 9,000 teachers and education
workers in Ontario=s French-language elementary and secondary schools and
workers in other French-language establishments.
