Claude Lamoureux to brief the media
OTTAWA, June 23 /CNW Telbec/ - Claude Lamoureux, retired President and
CEO of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, will brief the media on Wednesday,
June 25, 2008.
In his first media briefing as Special Advisor to the Canadian Institute
of Actuaries, Mr. Lamoureux will discuss changes affecting Canada's retirement
income system, including the decline of defined benefit pension plans, and he
will demonstrate the need to put pensions on the national agenda through a
National Pension Reform Summit of Canadian ministers responsible for pensions.
