    WCM to announce results of Catalyst benchmarking study

    What:   Women in Capital Markets (WCM) will be releasing a new study in
            collaboration with Catalyst on June 22, 2009. This study is the
            fourth in a series of reports measuring the representation of
            women in Canadian capital markets.

    Who:    The new WCM study updates the quantitative data analysis of the
            first three studies conducted in 2000, 2002 and 2005. This latest
            study also includes a qualitative component, profiling women from
            six banks who serve as roles models for other women in the
            industry. Three of these senior executive level women will be
            featured in a panel discussion on June 22nd, 2009.
