Media Advisory - A breath of fresh air for Canadians' lung health: First Canadian Respiratory Conference to be held in Montreal



    MONTREAL, June 17 /CNW/ - Canadian experts in lung health will be
gathering in Montreal for the First Canadian Respiratory Conference, marking
the first time members of all Canada's respiratory health organizations gather
at one conference to discuss leading-edge concepts, current research and best
practices for managing lung diseases.
    Prior to the congress, three of Canada's leading specialists will be
holding a media teleconference to discuss the latest news in tuberculosis,
COPD, and the National Lung Health Framework: Canada's first-ever action plan
on lung health.
    Media are also invited to attend any of the sessions during the
conference, but must register at the CRC registration desk located on the
meetings floor at the Hilton Bonaventure Hotel to receive press passes. For
