petition from the State of Louisiana alleging insurance industry collusion and
violation of the Louisiana Monopolies Act relating to insurance settlement
claims from damage caused by hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Named in the
petition are several large insurance companies and information providers. The
Company's subsidiary, Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, LLC. ("M&S/B") was named as a
