Risk Management (CRM) Platform in its suite of collateral valuation solutions.
The CRM Platform allows lenders to quickly value entire real estate loan
portfolios in order to better manage collateral risk throughout the loan life
The CRM Platform is powered by MDA's Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and
is capable of integrating with third party AVMs, traditional valuation
products and other MDA information solutions. This technology offers lenders
the ability to efficiently mark to market the values of residential property
used as collateral in mortgage portfolios.
