Maude Barlow to present new book at Oak Bay High School



    VICTORIA, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - Council of Canadians Chairperson Maude Barlow
will present her new book Blue Covenant: The Global Water Crisis and the
Coming Battle for the Right to Water to students, staff and teachers at Oak
Bay High School.
    Kim Manton and other representatives from the Canadian Union of Public
Employees (CUPE), which is donating Barlow's new book to all public high
schools, colleges and universities in the Greater Victoria area, will join
Barlow.
