HONG KONG, Oct. 9 /CNW/ -- Mass Financial Corp. (MFC) today announced the
filing of a lawsuit against Radiant Logistics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RLGT)
and its subsidiary, Radiant Logistics Global Services, Inc., collectively
The lawsuit alleges Radiant committed Breach of Contract and Breach of
Implied Duty of Good Faith & Fair Dealing.
The suit was filed October 2nd in the United States District Court in the
Western District of Washington at Seattle (case no: C07-1547JCC).
The suit seeks to enforce the Asset Purchase Agreement, (APA) as amended,
under which MFC agreed to sell certain assets of United American Freight
Services, Inc. to Radiant Logistics Global Services, Inc.
The lawsuit seeks performance of the APA including payments, shares,
monetary damages and attorney's fees.
MFC President Michael Smith commented, "It is my belief lawsuits are
required only with inexperienced businessmen. We have repeatedly tried to be
reasonable with Mr. Crain and Radiant but, unfortunately, they use their
lawyers to make their business decisions."
