engaged by its customers to provide an engineering design study for additional
sulphur processing capacity at its Montreal facility. The study has now been
completed and Marsulex has been advised that it will not be requested to
proceed with any expansion at this time. As noted in the Company's filings,
all costs relating to these activities will be funded by the customers.
