Father of three wins Nissan Versa
MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct. 12 /CNW/ - Vittorio Angheloni of Markham, ON is the
fifth winner of the Versa Project from Nissan Canada. Nissan celebrates the
Versa, the small car that makes driving fun, as it continues to make its mark
"I cannot believe it. I have never won anything in my life!" said
The 58-year-old father of three boys was persuaded to look at the Nissan
Versa by one of his sons. After test-driving the car at Woodchester Nissan in
Mississauga, Angheloni fell in love with Versa's roominess, great handling and
affordable price. He was shocked when he received a call letting him know he
won the car through the Versa Project, Nissan's fall contest allowing
customers who bought a 2007 Versa to enter and potentially win their purchase.
Starting in September, the contest will have one winner per week for 10 weeks.
"Nissan Canada is celebrating the popularity of Versa with a contest that
rewards our customers and demonstrates their importance to us," said Wendy
Durward, Director, Marketing Communications, Nissan Canada Inc. "Mr. Angheloni
is our fifth proud winner of the Versa Project and we hope more Canadians will
test-drive the Versa at their local dealerships today."
Although still shocked, Angheloni thinks he will use his winnings to pay
off the car.
