Company", MAR-TSX) is pleased to announce it will be conducting a site tour of
the Marathon Project for mining analysts and investors on October 9, 2008.
Slides of site tour presentations will be posted on Marathon's website at

The site tour will provide visitors with a good appreciation of the scope
of the Marathon Project. In particular, a close up view of geology, favourable
infrastructure and ideal nature of the site will be showcased.
