TORONTO, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - Manulife Financial Corporation's Board of
Directors today declared a quarterly shareholders' dividend of $0.24 per share
on the common shares of the Company, an increase of $0.02 per share, payable
on and after December 19, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on November 19, 2007.
The Board also declared dividends on the following Non-cumulative Class A
Shares, payable on or after December 19, 2007 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on November 19, 2007.
- Series 1 - $0.25625 per share
- Series 2 - $0.29063 per share
- Series 3 - $0.28125 per share
A dividend of $0.38125 per share was also declared on the Non-cumulative
Class A Shares Series 6 of The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, payable
on and after December 31, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on December 14, 2007.
