TORONTO, Sept. 30 /CNW/ - Luxell Technologies Inc. (TSX:LUX) today
announced that Pierre J. Jeanniot has been appointed Chairman of the Company's
Board of Directors.
Mr. Jeanniot has been active in the aerospace industry since 1955,
previously serving as President and CEO of Air Canada and subsequently
Director General and CEO of the International Air Transport Association.
Currently, he is President of Jinmag Investment and Management Services, a
provider of strategic counsel to airlines, governments and international civil
Mr. Jeanniot is also active on a number of boards, specifically
aerospace-oriented companies, notably Thales Canada Inc., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of the worldwide Thales Group, and Jet Airways, among others.
