TORONTO, April 30 /CNW/ - Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. (TSX Venture:
UBS) announced today that Look Communications Inc. (TSX Venture: LOK and
LOK.A), its 51% controlled subsidiary, in response to Bell Canada's "Notice of
Intent to Disconnect" Look's services referred to in the Company's press
release of April 12, 2007, has filed a Statement of Claim against Bell Canada
that alleges, amongst other things, numerous breaches of contract,
misrepresentations and abusive behaviour by Bell Canada towards Look.
