announce its Williamsburg Branch received a City of Kitchener 2008 Urban
Design Award. The branch received the Award of Merit because of design
elements including high quality building materials, street presence, site
circulation and good delineation of pedestrian, vehicle and drive through

The Williamsburg Branch, which is located at 1170 Fischer Hallman Rd in
Kitchener, opened in June 2007. The branch received four out of five Green
Globes from a third party environmental building rating system because of its
environmentally friendly and energy efficient features.

building has been recognized!"
Libro's third branch in Kitchener-Waterloo opened its doors to the public
today: Monday, October 27. The new branch is located at 420 Erb St. in
Waterloo, and is Libro's 15th branch. Grand opening celebrations will take
place Monday, November 24.
