Leading business skills trainer maps courses to core competencies



    OTTAWA, May 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Performance Management Consultants (PMC), a

managers and staff find relevant training courses to develop core
competencies.
    Core competencies are a description of a particular behaviour, skill or

Competency Mapping Tool maps the 50+ courses offered by PMC to a comprehensive
list of 38 core competencies common to all sizes of organizations. These core
competencies include oral and written communication skills, teamwork, dealing
with difficult situations, leadership and many others.
