Lakeshore train station buildings will be open later during severe cold

TORONTO, Jan. 24, 2009 /CNW/ - GO Transit is keeping its Lakeshore train
station buildings open later than usual tonight and tomorrow night for
passenger warmth and shelter.
Because of the extreme cold, GO will keep the buildings open past their
normal operating hours, until GO Train service ends tonight and on Sunday
night.
This will give customers heated shelter from the cold and winds while
they wait for their connecting bus or a ride home.
The Lakeshore East and Lakeshore West lines are the only ones that run
trains on weekends.
Lakeshore GO stations that will stay open later this weekend are:

    Aldershot
    Burlington
    Appleby
    Bronte
    Oakville
    Clarkson
    Port Credit
    Long Branch
    Mimico
    Danforth
    Scarborough
    Eglinton
    Guildwood
    Rouge Hill
    Pickering
    Ajax
    Whitby
    Oshawa

Union Station is always open until train service ends each day.
