Doughnut Miss Out on the Fun!
TORONTO, Aug. 27, 2014 /CNW/ - Verne Troyer will join the judging panel for the 2nd annual Krispy Kreme Film Festival. The actor and stuntman (best known for his work in the Austin Powers franchise) will lead a panel of celebrity judges for the short film contest. Troyer will announce the winning film on September 10th at a red carpet gala event held in Toronto.
Krispy Kreme Canada invites doughnut lovers, social media aficionados and moviemakers of all ages and technical proficiencies to submit doughnut-themed short films. All you need to participate is a recording device and a great doughnut-themed idea. Videos must be between eight seconds and five minutes in length and can be submitted online at www.krispykremefilmfestival.ca. The grand prize winner will be rolling in dough with a year's supply of free doughnuts, a $1000 cash prize and a priceless golden trophy.
