TORONTO, April 22 /CNW/ - Elementary public school teachers, members of
the Kawartha Pine Ridge Teacher Local of the Elementary Teachers' Federation
of Ontario (ETFO), have reached a tentative agreement with the Kawartha Pine
Ridge District School Board.
Details of the agreement will be released following ratification by the

The Kawartha Pine Ridge Teacher Local represents approximately 1,270
public elementary teachers. Their last contract expired August 31, 2008.
The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario represents 73,000
elementary public school teachers and education workers across the province
and is the largest teacher federation in Canada.
