(TSX-V: ELA) is pleased to announce that Mr. John M. Gee joins the Company as
Executive Vice President, Sales for the United States. His appointment is
Mr. Gee has extensive experience in traditional broadcast as well as
interactive and advanced television advertising. Prior to joining Eloda, Mr.
Gee was Vice President of Sales for Navic Systems with responsibility for
Navic's Admira ad buying and optimization system introduced in September of
2007. His tenure at companies such as NY Times Broadcasting, Wink
Communications, OpenTV, and TiVo has made John a recognized expert in advanced
advertising sales, technology and research.

bring a great deal of depth to Eloda. He understands the complexity of TV ad
campaign execution and the challenges it brings to advertisers, agencies and

Mr. Tom Creary will remain with Eloda until October 15, 2008 in order to

option plan, 250,000 options.
