announce the appointment of Ms. Isabelle Hudon as President. She will
officially assume her role on November 3rd. Mr. Jacques L. Duval, Marketel's
principal shareholder, will continue to act as Chairman.

Since October 2004, Isabelle Hudon has been President and CEO of the
Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal. During this time, she has helped
re-energize the Board's activities and provided strong leadership in its
positioning on numerous socio-economic issues affecting Greater Montreal,
Quebec and Canada.
She previously held influential positions in the communications
departments of Bell Global Solutions, the Canadian Space Agency, and BCE
Media, and for various federal cabinets and departments.
Isabelle Hudon is currently Chairman of the Board of the Université du
Québec à Montréal, the Société du Havre de Montréal and the Fondation les
petits trésors of the Rivière-des-Prairies Hospital. She is also a member of
the Board of Directors of Aéroports de Montréal and Holt Renfrew Canada.
Furthermore, she was part of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 2005 roster, and honored
in 2006 as one of Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100.
