vote (investors and analysts) was Kotak Mahindra Bank (BSE: 600247.BO), for
Companies with the best corporate governance practices by technical
criteria were: Infosys Technologies (Nasdaq: INFY), also best in global
industry; Satyam (NYSE: SAY); ICICI Bank, also best in global industry
(NYSE: IBN); Bursa Malaysia Berhad (OTC: BSAMF.PK); and Kotak Mahindra Bank
(BSE:600247.BO). Global Sources (Nasdaq: GSOL) was awarded the best in the
small/mid cap category.
Finally, the best financial disclosure procedures by technical criteria
were: Sappi (NYSE: SPP); Telkom SA Limited, also best in global industry

Communications Company (Nasdaq: PTNR); and MTR Corporation (Hong Kong:
