MONTREAL, April 29 /CNW Telbec/ - From May 1 to 8, 2009, Montreal artist
Manon Boisvert will produce an exhibition of her most recent works at
Encadrex, 1830, rue Marie-Anne Est in Montréal. A vernissage-opening will be
held on Friday May 1, starting at 6 p.m.
Each of the works displays Boisvert's unique perspective on the harsh and
contrasting values of nature and the human presence.
"I see warmth and vitality in the vulnerable subjects of my work and
their bravery as they face life and perhaps death in worn and decaying
surroundings. Beauty shines though their courage and determination to move on
in life," says Boisvert.
