by market research firm Synovate revealed that Canadians ranked ING DIRECT as
a leader in five of 11 Best Banking Awards categories among the country's
Today Synovate released the results of its Customer Service Index (CSI),
a quarterly survey based on 35,000 responses from Canadians regarding their
experiences with financial services companies. Canadians were asked to rate
their actual experience of everything from interest rates and service charges
to excellence covering all forms of personal banking touch points.
ING DIRECT placed among the leaders across all financial institutions in
the following categories:
- Recommend to Friends & Family
- Products & Services Excellence
- Interest Rates & Service Charges
- Online Banking Excellence
- Telephone Banking Excellence.
