IDC Digital radiography systems Ranked No.1 for third consecutive quarter

MD Buyline's Survey of User Satisfaction puts IDC on top for the 4th
    time.

CALGARY, Jan. 30 /CNW/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics Company, Ltd.) (TSX: IDL),
the global leader in high-quality, low-cost digital radiography systems, today
announced that for the third consecutive quarter it received highest ranking
in user satisfaction for its digital detector radiography systems among 11
vendors in the January 2008 Intelligence Report by MD Buyline,
(www.mdbuyline.com) an independent healthcare market research firm. The report
details user satisfaction trends for the 4th quarter, 2007.
Members of the MD Buyline network rated IDC number one in installation
and implementation, giving IDC the highest composite rating of 9.0 on a scale
of 10. The survey ranked both digital and conventional radiographic units,
demonstrating a very high level of user satisfaction even as compared to more
expensive radiography systems.
"Responsiveness to our customers is an integral part of the value that
IDC delivers," said Bruce Ashby, General Manager, IDC. "We are proud of our
record in ensuring customer satisfaction and honoured that healthcare
professionals across the United States consistently recognize our commitment
to customer care."
Vendor rankings are based on user satisfaction composite ratings,
customer interviews, and product analyst reviews. The composite ranking is
comprised of user satisfaction ratings for system reliability, installation
and implementation, applications training, service response time and service
repair quality.
