MONTREAL, Feb. 2 /CNW Telbec/ - Hydro-Québec is happy to invite
festival-goers to the Montreal All-Nighter, a major event at the MONTREAL HIGH
LIGHTS Festival, which will take place during the night of Saturday, February
28 and Sunday, March 1.
Nearly 150 activities, most of them free, are planned for this magical
night: museum visits, poetry, film, music, song, skating, artists' workshops,
art galleries, even winter swimming-to name but a few! In addition to the
usual venues, two new activity centres will be set up at the Olympic Park and
at Parc Jean-Drapeau for this year's All-Nighter.
As part of this event, Hydro-Québec invites night owls of all ages to
visit its head office lobby, where they can view the striking luminous mural
by Jean-Paul Mousseau. Free guided tours will be given between 6 p.m. on
Saturday and 5 a.m. Sunday morning.
Last year, the Montreal All-Nighter attracted nearly 200,000 visitors,
rivaling similar events held in Paris, Riga, Rome and Brussels!
Hydro-Québec invites the public to experience this unique event and
celebrate the urban magic of winter-shining bright throughout the MONTREAL
HIGH LIGHTS Festival!
