HydraLogic Appoints Dennis E. Nykoliation to its Board of Directors



    TORONTO, Dec. 11 /CNW/ - HydraLogic Systems Inc. ("HydraLogic" or the
"Company") (TSX.V: HLS - OTC Pink Sheet: HYSYF) today announced that
Mr. Dennis E. Nykoliation has been appointed to the Company's Board of
Directors.
    Dennis has a long and distinguished career as a senior manager in several
prominent Canadian manufacturing firms of retail consumer products. After
spending 13 years with NCR, Dennis moved to GE Canada's Housewares Division
where he eventually became President and General Manager of Black & Decker
Canada (when Black & Decker acquired the worldwide GE Housewares business in
1984). He later became the President and CEO of Cambridge Towel Corporation in
1994 and then President and CEO of CanWel Building Materials, headquartered in
Vancouver, in 1997. Dennis was appointed President of GSW Building Products in
2002 where he retired this year.
