TORONTO, April 27 /CNW/ - This isn't your average reno show! Season 4 of
CANADA'S WORST HANDYMAN brings together five of the country's most hapless
handypeople and gives them the opportunity to 'fix up' a 100-year-old country
lodge near Huntsville, Ontario. Beginning Monday, May 4 at 10 p.m. ET/PT the
handymen take on a barrage of basic DIY challenges in a bid to become fully
rehabilitated and dodge the disgrace of being named CANADA'S WORST HANDYMAN.

Visit www.ctvmedia.ca/Discovery for host, expert and competitor photos,
bios and season synopsis. Also check www.discoverychannel.ca for loads of web
extras.

How-to instructions are given by our top-notch building experts before
our participants get to work on plastering, plumbing, custom furniture, and
even electrical. Briefed on what tasks are in store for them, each makes a
comprehensive list and sets out to purchase items they feel are needed to
complete the challenges while at rehab. Once the projects are complete and the
doors to the Wilderness Lodge finally open, the worst of the worst is named
CANADA'S WORST HANDYMAN.

"CANADA'S WORST HANDYMAN lays a new foundation for entertainment value in
a doc series," said Paul Lewis, President and General Manager of Discovery
Channel. "The CANADA'S WORST series' have been very popular with Discovery's
savvy young viewers and we're looking forward to introducing them to this
year's Handymen."

became Discovery Channel's most popular series ever; earning the distinction
of being the No. 1 non-sports series on Specialty television in Canada for the
past five years.(1)

descriptions, www.discoverychannel.ca will feature bonus clips and
behind-the-scenes interviews. Fans can visit the site each week following

"This season's group of Handymen are truly abysmal, and we're really
looking forward to putting their complete ineptitude on display," said Guy
O'Sullivan, President of Proper Television and Executive Producer of CANADA'S
WORST HANDYMAN. "With the tips and tricks presented by our amazing experts,
and the factual and scientific research that goes into the training for the
projects, we hope that our Handypeople and the Canadian public are better
informed at the end of the series, and truly entertained."

Returning this season is CANADA'S WORST host and producer Andrew
