289% Revenue Growth over Q2 2007
VANCOUVER, Nov. 7 /CNW/ - HealthPricer Interactive Limited (TSX-V: HPC),
a leader in product search and comparison shopping for consumer healthcare
products, today announced its preliminary results for Q2 2008 showing revenue
of $220,000, up 289% over Q2 2007 revenue of $56,517 and down 9% over Q1 2008
revenue of $242,000.
HealthPricer also reports that it received over 972,000 unique visitors
to www.healthpricer.com in Q2 2008, up 237% from 288,244 unique visitors in
Q2 2007 and up 15% over Q1 2007 unique visitors of 845,000.
HealthPricer's fiscal year-end is March 31st and therefore Q2 2008
results represent July, August and September 2007.
Through Q2 2008 HealthPricer has continued to act on strategies to gain
more users, convert them into customers faster and maintain them longer. Key
activities have included developing more core technology (i.e. building a more
robust data crawling platform), improving product coverage and quality, and
expanding partnership activities.
