Global investment dealer appoints Edward Flood to its Investment Banking
LONDON, U.K., March 23 /CNW/ - Haywood Securities Inc., one of Canada's
leading independent investment dealers, has appointed Edward Flood as Managing
Director, Investment Banking, for its subsidiary Haywood Securities (UK)
Limited. Edward will provide added investment banking strength to the London
office and to the established North American banking group.

Edward previously worked as a mining analyst for Haywood's Canadian
operations from 1999 to 2001, as the company worked to grow its presence as a
leader in the mining sector. Edward has since served as Deputy Chair of
Ivanhoe Mines, as well as director of several other mining companies.

Edward holds a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Nevada
and a master's degree in geology from the University of Montana.
