announced today that its first quarter of 2007 broke previous first quarter
records for both new customer wins and revenue. This marks the organization's
18th consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth. The record quarter
was highlighted by the release of Halogen's newest vertical offering, Halogen
Employee Performance and Talent Management Suite for Financial Services(TM) ,
as well as the announcement of its 2007 User Conference.
    Halogen Employee Performance and Talent Management Suite for Financial
Services(TM) was released in January 2007, and is based on Halogen's
experience working with close to 100 financial organizations worldwide. Built
to address industry-specific challenges including regulatory compliance,
difficulty implementing cultural shifts, the distributed nature of employees
and the high turnover in customer-facing roles, the suite enables
organizations to more effectively manage their talent to create significant
cost savings and greater efficiency.
    The company's record first quarter included the addition of new customers
