WHAT: Young Halifax entrepreneurs will be on hand at the
Entrepreneurial Adventure Showcase to showcase their business
ventures which have raised funds to support local
The Entrepreneurial Adventure Showcase, hosted by The Learning
Partnership, in partnership with BMO Financial Group, will
display 9 ventures from students in Grades 4 to 8. A program of
The Learning Partnership, Entrepreneurial Adventure brings
together students, teachers, and volunteer business and
community partners together throughout the course of the school
year to develop and implement a venture that benefits their
local and global communities.
WHEN: Friday June 1, 2007
6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
WHO: More than 200 student participants, in Grades 4 to 8 from
7 participating schools in Halifax.

Established in 1993, The Learning Partnership is a national
not-for-profit organization dedicated to championing a strong public education
system in Canada through innovative programs, credible research, policy
