conclusion of an agreement aiming the acquisition of the activities of
Progisia a division of Canoe through its subsidiary, Groupe Conseil OSI Inc.
This new transaction allows Groupe Conseil OSI Inc. to increase its
professional resources in Quebec to more than 600, making the firm a leader in
the field of IT consulting services.
