TORONTO, Nov. 22, 2007 /CNW/ - This Sunday, Toronto hosts the pinnacle of
Canadian football, the 95th Grey Cup where the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the
Saskatchewan Roughriders will battle for the prized cup at the Rogers Centre.
To get you there, GO will offer additional train service on the Lakeshore
In addition to regular hourly service, GO will run extra trains from
Oshawa and Aldershot GO Stations. An additional train will leave Oshawa at
4:11 p.m. making all stops, arriving at Union Station at 5:07 p.m. Another
extra train will leave Aldershot at 4:38 p.m. making all stops, arriving at
Union Station at 5:37 p.m.
GO will also add two trains to help customers get home after the Grey
Cup. These trains will be in addition to hourly service and will help to
GO Bus connections to Lakeshore West train service will be available
between Aldershot GO Station and Hamilton GO Centre. Lakeshore East bus
connections will be available from Oshawa GO Station through to Newcastle.
GO monthly pass holders can take advantage of an offer that will save
money: they can bring a companion with them on weekends for free! This
