TORONTO, June 17, 2009 /CNW/ - Starting Sunday, June 28, GO Transit
Oshawa customers will have more travel options. Three new Sunday and holiday
eastbound GO Bus trips will depart Yorkdale at 7:10 p.m., 10:40 p.m., and
12:50 a.m., making all stops to Oshawa GO Station. Three new Sunday and
holiday westbound trips will leave Oshawa GO Station at 9:50 a.m., 8:20 p.m.,
and 10:20 p.m., making all stops to Yorkdale.
Some Sunday and holiday Oshawa Hwy. 2 GO Bus trips have been extended
beyond Scarborough Centre to now serve York Mills and Yorkdale.
Starting on Monday, June 29, a new weekday eastbound bus will leave
Oshawa GO Station at 4:40 p.m., making all stops to Newcastle. A new weekday
southbound bus will leave Port Perry at 6:30 a.m., making all stops to Whitby
GO Station. A new weekday northbound bus will leave Whitby GO Station at
4:09 p.m., making all stops to Port Perry.
